Well, I finished the repair. Put this into the Control Panel in the Seawater Filtration Tower, and pull the lever. This should work. The repair was easier than what I first thought. Hurry and get us refreshing water. It has been hard to work since the Forge is hot and we couldn't get enough water supply.
