I guess you're lucky to have found me. I mean, I'm sure there are only a few miners left that can even read this code. Let me try to read it... It's a letter. It says, 'I'm being held captive by Blackhand Brigands, and they've made me their slave. When my work is done, they'll probably kill me and the rest of the miners here. Somebody, please save us!' Poor fool. I think it's already too late for him. All you can possibly do now is find his remains in the Stone Pit, and give them a proper burial.

Heh! I knew Males would be able to crack that code! So that letter... It's pretty sad about that miner, getting killed by the Blackhands. Those guys are heartless and will do anything for money! Even us smugglers keep our distance from those creeps. If what he said in that letter was true, being made their slave and all that, I'm sure that he was killed a long time ago.
