I'll need several materials to make Special Xeons, so please find them and bring them to me. Oh my! I didn't tell you what the materials are. I must be out of my mind. haha.. First, I need horns from Ziebalts that can be found southwest of North Watchtower. Bring me 3 perfect horns, okay?
