I've successfully restored the magic in the relic fragment, and it turns out that the fragment is sealed with the Khuns' Possession Monster called Giont. Unfortunately, I don't think you can use its power yet. The Giont was left without an owner for too long, and is now too violent to command. Therefore you'll need to tame the monster first. It won't be easy to do, but I can explain how you can tame the monster if you're interested.

You'll have to go to the Ruins of Lament in Cyclone Heights located in Southeast Nova Lux to summon the Possession Monster. The Ruins of Lament is one of the Khuns' historical sites. Again, I have to stress that it'll be very difficult to tame the monster. Please take your time to think about it, and then let me know when you're ready.
