Do you know the Blackhands? They're thieves and smugglers seems to permeate all of Ethergia. A few days ago, I've seen Executive Colblers and Colbler Miners follow some Blackhands to the stone pit. Now I'm suspicious that the Blackhands are working together with the Colblers to take over our stone pit. Can you please find Blackhand Brigands in Numaren Meadows, and see if they have anything that will proves my suspicion?

...So, it looks like I guessed right! Look, this letter is written and signed by the master of Blackhand, commanding them to seize all resources in Numaren. I don't know how they are able to command the monsters, but they obviously took our stone pit and farms by force!
