Have you seen Tortured Ghouls roaming around this Black Tower? There was a group of people long ago that were unhappy with the ancient Holy Xenon Empire for driving the world to the end. They tortured and murdered people that were trying to establish the Xenon Order in Parness. Their victims were worshipped as saints of the Xenon Order, but then their bodies were defiled, and turned into monsters by Neubellon. Moreover, they're not just simple monsters, but powerful loyal guards of this Black Tower. I'd like you to go collect 5 Enchanted Skulls from the Tortured Ghouls. Thank you.

Yes, I can feel a faint mana vibe off these skulls. However, these skulls don't seem to have any physical difference from the others, but just happened to be selected and enchanted by Neubellon's magic... Now I'm all anxious to know how Neubellon obtained the power to reanimate the dead.
