Ioxenic's business covers many areas including dispatching Temperions, and supporting every city state for their development and public safety. Studying monster statistics and decreasing their populations are also part of our business. I've heard that a man named Neubellon has been reanimating undead monsters in Parness. That's part of the reason why I'm researching undead monsters. I'd really appreciate it if you'd offer your help.. One of our researchers, Yoost, went to research Black Tower. Please assist him if you can.

I'm glad to see you here: it's almost impossible for me to research this area on my own! This tower is made of corpses and grave soil, and sealed with Neubellon's magic. It would be ideal if we could see what's inside his tower, but... Neubellon is too powerful and dangerous, so... We'd better stay outside and careful learn what we can from a safe distance.
