All I know is that Neubellon used his evil magic to resurrect his daughter from death, and also raised corpses from the Graveyard of Light, reanimating Xenon followers and saints to use as his soldiers. He used to be a devout Xenon follower, so I don't understand how he turned into such a monster. I don't know much else, but I've heard that the Bilderburg Artisan Guild's master Mr. Halouit was acquainted with him before he turned evil. Mr. Halouit is at the bank in the Plaza of Tolerance.
